The Bird Hotel was an adaptive reuse development concept for Claremore, Oklahoma that utilized historic tax credits within it’s financial proforma. The City of Claremore had been looking to kickstart development within the Downtown Core by showing the possibility of potential developments within it’s Main Street and utilizing the existing building fabric to add value and foot traffic.
